Joshua Spaeth is an Analyst at T. Wilson, where he supports land development projects through financial analysis, market research, and project evaluation. He assists in analyzing development opportunities and understanding the financial structures behind projects utilizing public finance tools throughout Texas. His role allows him to gain firsthand exposure to how financing strategies, infrastructure decisions, and development planning come together to support the growth of communities.

Joshua graduated from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. During his time at Oklahoma, he developed a strong interest in real estate and public finance through coursework in financial modeling, investments, valuation, and real estate fundamentals. His internship experience further strengthened his analytical skills while exposing him to the financial and strategic aspects of development projects.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys fitness, golf, and college football. He values time with family and friends and enjoys staying active, bringing the same discipline and consistency from his personal life into his professional work.
