Project Manager

Kate Olivia Johnson

Kate brings a legacy of homebuilding into the world of land development, giving her a builder’s intuition for how communities are actually created.

A 2025 Cum Laude graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Finance and Business Management, Kate’s perspective is shaped by both formal training and firsthand exposure to the homebuilding industry. That combination allows her to translate between financial structure, development strategy, and on-the-ground execution in a way that aligns all stakeholders involved in bringing a project to life.

She works across land development initiatives involving Public Improvement Districts (PIDs), Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones (TIRZ), Municipal Management Districts (MMDs), and Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) throughout Texas. Her focus is on how public finance tools can be used strategically to improve feasibility, unlock development potential, and enhance long-term community outcomes.

She is particularly driven by the connection between development decisions and quality of life outcomes. Kate is focused on ensuring that financial strategy, infrastructure investment, and land planning work together to create stronger, more intentional communities for homeowners and future residents.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys building an active life in Dallas, often valuing time with family, who remain a strong influence in her life. She brings the same curiosity and energy from her personal life into her professional work, with a focus on growth, consistency, and long-term impact.
