Will Conley

Will Conley is a distinguished executive and public policy leader with over two decades of experience driving large-scale infrastructure, economic development, and fiscal reform across Central Texas, and assists T. Wilson as an advisor in government relations and regional strategy, supporting the company’s presence across Central Texas. Known for his ability to build consensus across complex political and geographic landscapes, Will has held pivotal leadership roles, including serving as the longest-running Chairman of the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) and as a long-standing Hays County Commissioner.

​Throughout his tenure in public service, Will oversaw more than $2 billion in state transportation improvements and spearheaded the passage of $900 million in general revenue bonds for public safety, parks, and infrastructure. His financial stewardship was instrumental in elevating Hays County’s credit standing from a BBB- to an AA+ bond rating. He was also founder, chairman, and executive director of the Hays Caldwell Economic Development Partnership, which has supported industrial economic development agreements for over a decade in Central Texas. A visionary in regional planning, he led the first-ever multi-regional evaluation between the Austin and San Antonio districts and originated the Hays County Conservation Plan, a landmark 30-year agreement with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service that protects thousands of acres of natural resources while streamlining local economic development.

​In the private sector, Will is a proven entrepreneur and strategic consultant. As Principal at American Structurepoint, he led the successful expansion of the firm into the Texas market, developing a robust business model and building high-performing teams for major TXDOT and local projects. He is also the Founder of Conley Enterprises, an auto service company he scaled to multiple locations and over 90 employees before a successful partial exit in 2015.

​Will’s contributions have been recognized with numerous honors, including the TxDOT “Road Hand” Award, the WTS “Man of the Year” Award, and inclusion in the Austin Business Journal’s 2023 list of Influential Professionals. He remains deeply committed to community leadership, currently serving as a Wimberley School Board Trustee and as a board member for the Hill Country Conservancy and AARO.
