Evan Tate is a Senior Project Manager at T. Wilson, where he applies his expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and real estate analysis to support complex public finance and land development initiatives from early feasibility through execution. He specializes in building detailed financial models, evaluating project economics, and structuring innovative financing solutions that support master-planned and mixed-use communities.

At T. Wilson, Evan works directly with developers, homebuilders, engineers, city staff, and industry consultants to evaluate project viability, structure public-private financing frameworks, and oversee the timely implementation of financing strategies. His analytical approach and ability to distill highly technical financial concepts into clear, actionable insights help clients make confident decisions and keep projects moving forward.

Prior to joining T. Wilson, Evan worked as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at a boutique real estate firm, where he supported brokerage teams through financial analysis, underwriting, and market research for leasing and investment sales transactions. 

Evan holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of North Texas. Outside of work, Evan enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and experimenting with data visualization tools.
