Rob Kleifgen

Rob Kleifgen is a seasoned financial executive with more than 25 years of experience leading capital strategy, financial operations, and investor stewardship across real estate development, land funds, private equity, SaaS, and investment banking. Known for his disciplined approach to financial governance and project underwriting, Rob has raised, managed, and deployed capital across a broad range of asset classes and market cycles.
Rob currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of T. Wilson, where he oversees financial strategy and reporting while his primary focus is on the expansion of existing public financing operations into a premier full-stack capital provider to Texas developers.
Prior to T. Wilson, he held dual roles as CFO and EVP of Capital for both Texas Triangle Land Fund and M&A Development Services, leading capital formation, investor relations, underwriting, and financial execution for large-scale land and commercial development initiatives. His work included sourcing and structuring equity and debt, overseeing project-level financial models, and ensuring that investor capital was deployed with clarity, accountability, and transparency.
Rob grew up in the commercial banking industry holding positions from Teller to Lending Officer in charge of loan participations. Later in his career Rob focused on loan acquisitions and workouts with Hudson Place Financial and Prescot Group/Dyck O’Neal.
Rob’s foundation was built through more than a decade in commercial lending, loan acquisitions, underwriting, and private equity with firms including Buoy Capital, Inceptus Capital Partners, Prescott Realty Group, Dyck O’Neal, Hudson Place Financial, NexBank, and multiple commercial banks. This background gives him a deep understanding of credit, risk management, capital structuring, and investor alignment—critical components of any fundraising effort.

His approach blends tenacity, relationship-building, and a clear commitment to transparency—qualities that resonate strongly with both institutional and private capital partners.
A longtime resident of North Texas, Rob lives with his wife, Cristy, and their two children, John and Stella.
